San Andrea/Creston Ride

On Tuesday or Friday we will have a relaxing ride beginning with two of my favorite little roads that wind through the valley of the bears up and over the mountains into the wine country of San Luis Obispo County. The roads snake through almond and olive orchards and we will pass by many wineries that you will want to visit at a later date. Then on to San Miguel Mission, from there we will roam through the area’s cattle country and enjoy the different rock formations put together by nature and the epicenter of the San Andrea fault. On Tuesday lunch will be causal at a local restaurant. On Friday lunch will be a Bar-B-Que (put on by BRMA’s own food director). After lunch we will ride over rolling hills and narrow roads through Creston over 229 to Pozo then back into San Luis Obispo.  In the evening we will dine together and discuss the past two days of riding.
